Job summary

ADT Residential Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing and programming existing security and site automation solutions for customers. You will diagnose and repair equipment, read blueprints and electrical plans, and coordinate inspections with relevant authorities when needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, a willingness to help customers understand protection, and adherence to safety and procedural standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers and care centers.
• Ability to read building electrical and sprinkler plans to clear equipment trouble.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, lift, climb and crawl as needed.

Responsibilities

• Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow procedures for wired/wireless technology and connection setup.
