Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Self-sufficient on site and able to work without hand-holding.
• Valid driver's license and own tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; full-time W-2 role.

Responsibilities

• Execute scoped work on multi-day residential projects: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, and cleanup.
• Lead the on-site work and ensure it matches the plan.
• Install and repair dry rot, decks, fences, doors, and finish carpentry.
• Handle electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and small wiring tasks.
• Repair toilets, faucets, valves, and bathroom fixtures.
• Maintain professional on-site presence and protect homeowners' homes.
• Work primarily in San Francisco with flexible nearby project assignments.
