Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring experienced residential remodelers to lead larger projects in San Rafael and the North Bay. You bring carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills to execute multi-day jobs without bidding or client chasing, while representing the company professionally on site.

This full-time, on-site role offers a $40/hour pay rate ($80,000/year), a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training, and comprehensive benefits including 100% company-paid health/vision/dental insurance, mileage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• True multi-trade generalist able to handle carpentry, electrical, and plumbing without a specialist.
• Self-sufficient on site after scope is set; minimal hand-holding.
• Flexible to move between job types and nearby areas weekly.
• Strong customer-facing skills for work in members' homes.
• Attention to detail in carpentry joints, electrical work, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Execute the scoped work on larger residential projects: demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and cleanup
• Carpentry: dry rot repair, decks, fences, doors, trim, and finish work
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and small wiring tasks
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repair, and bathroom fixture swaps
• Painting and drywall: exterior and interior repaints, patching, and finishing
• Work from the project lead's scope and flag anything on site that doesn't match the plan
• Be the face of Honey Homes on site: clear communication, respect for the member's home, and a clean, professional job every day
• Work primarily in San Rafael and the North Bay, and flex to nearby projects and job types as the work demands
