Honey Homes is seeking experienced residential remodelers for multi-day projects in the North Peninsula (Daly City to San Mateo). You will lead on-site carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work with a project lead guiding scope. No bidding or invoicing, just precise execution.

Expect a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with 8:30am–5:00pm hours, paid holidays, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation includes $40/hr ($80,000/year) plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and equity in the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Multi-trade generalist capable of handling on-site work without calling in a specialist.
• Self-sufficient on site with minimal hand-holding.
• Valid driver's license and own tools; legal work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

• Execute scoped work on large residential projects: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, cleanup.
• Perform dry rot repair, deck/fence work, doors, trim, and finish carpentry.
• Install fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and basic wiring tasks.
• Complete plumbing tasks like toilets, faucets, valves, and minor pipe work.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and communicate with clients.
