Honey Homes is hiring experienced residential remodelers to execute multi-day projects in Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda. You will bring carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills to deliver high-quality work on pre-sold projects with a dedicated on-site presence.

We seek self-sufficient tradespeople with 5+ years of hands-on experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday through Friday in a respectful client environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Able to work across multiple trades without calling in specialists for routine tasks.
• Self-sufficient on site with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer-facing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute scoped work on larger residential projects: demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and cleanup.
• Carpentry: dry rot repair, decks, fences, doors, trim, and finish work.
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and basic wiring tasks.
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repair, and bathroom fixture swaps.
• Painting and drywall: exterior and interior repaints, patching, and finishing.
• Coordinate with project lead and maintain a professional, clean on-site presence.
