Job summary

Honey Homes is seeking experienced residential remodelers to lead multi-day projects in the North Peninsula (Daly City to San Mateo). You’ll execute carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work scoped by the project lead, delivering high-quality finishes while respecting the homeowner.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years hands-on experience across trades, can work independently, and communicate clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Multi-trade generalist with ability to work without supervision.
• Valid driver's license and own tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; full-time W-2 role.

Responsibilities

• Execute scoped work on larger residential projects: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, and cleanup.
• Carpentry: dry rot repair, decks, fences, doors, trim, and finish work.
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and small wiring tasks.
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repair, and bathroom fixture swaps.
• Painting and drywall: exterior and interior repaints, patching, and finishing.
• Work from the project lead's scope and flag anything on site that doesn't match the plan.
• Be the face of Honey Homes on site: clear communication, respect for the member's home, and a clean, professional job every day.
• Work primarily on the North Peninsula, from Daly City to San Mateo, and flex to nearby projects and job types as the work demands.
