Honey Homes in Chicago area is seeking experienced residential remodelers with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills to handle multi-day projects. You will join a team where the project lead scopes and you execute per plan.

No bidding or chasing clients; work is pre-sold. You'll be the on-site face, delivering high-quality finish, and may travel to nearby suburbs.

This full-time W-2 role includes a sign-on bonus, full benefits, and potential equity in the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Multi-trade generalist able to handle carpentry, electrical, and plumbing without calling in a specialist.

Responsibilities

• Execute scoped work on larger residential projects: demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and cleanup.
• Carpentry: dry rot repair, decks, fences, doors, trim, and finish work.
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and small wiring tasks.
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repair, and bathroom fixture swaps.
• Painting and drywall: exterior and interior repaints, patching, and finishing.
• Work from project lead's scope and flag anything not matching the plan.
• Be the face of Honey Homes on site with clear communication and professional finish.
