Honey Homes is hiring experienced residential remodelers to execute multi-day projects in Oakland, Berkeley, and Piedmont. You bring carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

The role emphasizes being the face of Honey Homes on site with professional conduct and clear communication. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a 75,000 annual target and a $36/hour rate, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training and 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Multi-trade generalist capable of handling carpentry, electrical, and plumbing without specialists.
• Self-sufficient on site with ability to follow a scope without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Execute scoped work on larger residential projects: demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and cleanup.
• Carpentry: dry rot repair, decks, fences, doors, trim, and finish work.
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and small wiring tasks.
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repair, and bathroom fixture swaps.
• Painting and drywall: exterior and interior repaints, patching, and finishing.
• Be the face of Honey Homes on site with clear communication and professional finish.
