Job summary

The Providence Center at Care New England seeks a part-time Residential Support Specialist to provide person-centered services in a behavioral health residential program. You will coordinate care, support recovery, and empower clients to gain independence.

Responsibilities include facilitating groups, supervising medications, documenting in EPIC, and collaborating with the care team to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience working with substance use populations is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support in a residential setting.
• Coordinate care and identify gaps related to social determinants of health.
• Facilitate groups and provide supportive counseling.
• Monitor medication supervision and document in EMR (EPIC).
• Complete daily logs, attend trainings, and maintain safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with care team on individualized care plans and community referrals.
