Qualifications

• High School or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience with the substance use population strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to document within electronic medical records.
• Bilingual preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support and services within a residential setting.
• Facilitate groups and provide supportive counseling.
• Coordinate care and connect clients to appropriate resources.
• Supervise medications and ensure adherence to medication protocols.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and complete required documentation.
• Complete incident reports and participate in safety drills and emergencies.
