Job summary

The Providence Center is seeking a Residential Support Specialist for the Men's Road to Recovery program in Cranston, RI. This per diem role provides person-centered support in residential settings and helps clients build independent living skills under supervision.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, medication supervision, and collaboration with the care team. Strong documentation in EPIC and HIPAA compliance are required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience working with the substance use population is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
• Ability to document within electronic medical records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support and services within a residential setting.
• Facilitate groups and provide supportive counseling.
• Coordinate medication supervision and daily living skills training.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.
