Job summary

The Providence Center, part of Women & Infants in Providence, is seeking a Residential Support Specialist for the Crisis Stabilization Unit (per diem). In this role, you will provide person-centered services to individuals with behavioral health needs.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating groups, ensuring medication adherence, and promoting skills for independence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with substance use populations and must possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience working with substance use populations preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile are necessary.
• Must complete required medication protocol training.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support within residential settings.
• Facilitate groups and provide supportive counseling.
• Ensure clients follow daily medication schedules.
