GFL Environmental is seeking a Residential Driver to safely collect waste and recyclables on designated routes. You will drive a rear-load or automated-side load truck, assist helpers, and ensure safety and DOT compliance on every trip.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid CDL (A or B) and be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive rear-load, split body, curotto, or automated-side load truck on designated routes.
• Assist helpers in loading solid waste when required.
• Back up using mirrors and proper signaling.
• Ensure safety policies and quality standards on route.
• Operate mechanical packer to load and compact trash.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle reports.
