GFL Industries is seeking a Residential Driver to safely collect waste and recyclables on curbside and backdoor routes. The role requires CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to work with a team in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria per Company standards.
• Must demonstrate safe driving and equipment operation.

Responsabilités

• Drive rear-load or automated-side load truck on designated routes.
• Assist helpers in loading waste when needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and submit reports.
• Courtsey interactions with customers and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow DOT/OSHA/FMCSA regulations and safety standards.
• Keep DOT logbook and route productivity sheets up to date.
