GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Residential Driver to safely perform waste collection on curbside and backdoor routes, delivering reliable, courteous service to customers.

The role involves driving residential/recycling trucks, loading waste, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining accurate route documentation. Minimum CDL or 1 year of driving experience; HS diploma preferred. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Formación

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience OR a CDL school certificate.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to maneuver large trucks in tight spaces.
• Good reading and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate residential/recycling collection trucks on assigned routes to collect solid waste, yard waste, and recyclables.
• Perform safety inspections before and after routes; comply with all safety laws and PPE requirements.
• Document daily route sheets, truck reports, and incidents accurately; communicate with customers and team.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
