Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Able to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential/recycling collection vehicle and equipment on route.
• Load waste/recyclables into truck and compact material.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required reports.
• Communicate vehicle issues to supervisor or mechanic.
• Maintain route quality and adhere to safety policies.
