Job summary

AccessPoint RI is seeking a Manager of Residential Quality and Operations to oversee quality, regulatory compliance, and daily operations across Rhode Islands residential programs. You will supervise Residential Managers and drive corrective actions to ensure safe, person-centered supports.

Youll collaborate with Nursing, Clinical Services, Human Resources, Finance, and Leadership to sustain improvements, monitor safety, and ensure adherence to state licensing standards and individual support

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in residential operations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or program oversight.
• Working knowledge of Rhode Island BHDDH/DDD requirements.
• Valid drivers license and reliable access to insured vehicle for business travel.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a consistent process for monitoring residential service quality through site visits, documentation reviews, audits, and feedback.
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced visits to assess service delivery, staff practices, and safety.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement plans with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
• Coordinate licensing reviews, inspections, and regulatory assessments.
• Lead incident review, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Directly supervise Residential Managers and conduct regular supervision and evaluations.
