Job summary

Quality Management Assoc Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Residential Services in Palmyra, NJ.

This role leads the residential team, supervises site managers and direct care staff, and ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations, Medicaid waivers, and contracted standards. The incumbent collaborates with HR and CQI teams, develops staff training plans, and advances program improvement initiatives to support individuals in our care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a four-year college degree and three years' experience in the DD/ID field or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Therap.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, consumers, families, and funders.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clear criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Site Managers and oversee scheduling trends and overtime.
• Assist in budgeting and program cost management for residential services.
• Monitor individuals’ plan documents and data collection systems.
• Contribute to recruitment, hiring, and training plan development.
• Coordinate with clinical, medical, development and CQI teams for integrated services.
