AccessPoint RI is seeking a dedicated Residential House Manager to lead our 24-hour licensed group homes and community supports. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach Direct Support Professionals, and ensure services reflect individuals' goals, choices, and needs while staying compliant with policies.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with families, guardians, clinical teams, and BHDDH to promote independence and community

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum two years supporting people with developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Willingness to complete CPR, NCI, Human Rights, and other trainings.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage meetings.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned residential services.
• Coach and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Plan and oversee ISP goals, schedules, and staff meetings.
• Monitor documentation, time sheets, and compliance with policy.
• Oversee medication protocols and medical appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, clinical teams, and BHDDH.
