East Lake Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a high-rise residential community in Chicago. The role focuses on leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and unit turnovers, with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential, condominium, or high-rise property management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with property management software platforms (YARDI) preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilités

• Rent Collection & Delinquency Management: collecting monthly rent payments and monitoring tenant balances
• Leasing & Occupancy: market available units, respond to lease inquiries, process applications, coordinate turnovers
• Maintenance Coordination: track work orders, coordinate vendors, assist preventative maintenance
• Property Operations & Administration: maintain tenant files, prepare reports, manage daily operations
• Position Expectations: professionalism, punctuality, exceptional communication, and travel locally as needed
