Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee operations of a high-rise residential community in Chicago.

The role combines rent collection, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and admin tasks to ensure an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property management experience, strong hospitality and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office; YARDI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential, condominium, or high-rise property management experience required.
• Proven experience in hospitality, resident relations, and team leadership.
• Strong administrative and customer service background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with property management software platforms (YARDI) preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection and delinquency management for residential and commercial tenants.
• Assist with marketing available units and scheduling property tours; handle lease inquiries and lead flow.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule vendors to ensure timely service completion.
• Maintain tenant files, lease documentation, and property records; support budgeting and admin operations.
• Conduct routine property inspections to uphold curb appeal, cleanliness, and operational standards.
