Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations, guide leasing activity, renewals, and collections at an assigned residential property. You will ensure compliance with housing laws, manage a team, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and experience with property management software. This full-time position offers hourly compensation and growth opportunities within our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Supervise leasing activity, renewals, and resident relations.
• Oversee financial reporting and, by extension, rent collections and payables.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly property status reports.
• Coordinate maintenance with the team and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead property staff training and performance reviews.
• Support marketing efforts to maximize occupancy.
