Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations at a multi-family community. You will supervise leasing activity, renewals, collections, and financial reporting while maintaining resident satisfaction and compliance with housing laws.

The role requires 1–2 years of LIHTC property management experience, proficiency with OneSite or similar software, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time on-site position in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• HUD/LIHTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Oversee leasing activity and renewals and collect rent.
• Prepare and review financial reports and budgets.
• Oversee maintenance requests and safety compliance.
• Lead property team and coordinate training.
• Support marketing efforts to improve occupancy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
