Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a residential property, focusing on resident service, leasing activity, renewals, and financial reporting. The role oversees staff, coordinates maintenance, and ensures compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will manage budgets, track occupancy, and collaborate with teams to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional resident experiences in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years’ experience as multi-family property manager for HUD/LIHTC property.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and supervise staff.
• Grow occupancy and oversee leasing activity, renewals, and collections.
• Prepare and submit financial reports and manage budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure proper move-in paperwork, keys, and remotes are prepared for new residents.
• Lead and develop a cohesive property management team and enforce company policies.
