Cornerstone Residential is a comprehensive property management company managing 23,000 housing units across 229 communities. We seek a Property Manager to lead resident services, operations, leasing, renewals, collections, and financial reporting for an assigned property.

The role requires multi-family property management experience, knowledge of OneSite or similar software, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in multi-family property management.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• LIHTC experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day property operations and teams.
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and resident relations.
• Ensure financial reporting and bill processing are accurate.
• Prepare reports and monitor budgeted goals.
• Supervise maintenance with the team and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead marketing activities to optimize occupancy.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
