Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations for a residential property, focusing on resident service, leasing, renewals, and financial reporting. You will oversee a maintenance team, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain budgeted objectives.

The role requires experience in multi-family management, knowledge of OneSite or similar software, and the ability to market properties.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in multi-family property management.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the team.
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain property financials: rent rolls, invoices, reports.
• Manage rent collection, notices, evictions, and move-outs.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff; coordinate safety trainings.
