Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a residential property’s daily operations, including leasing activity, renewals, collections, and financial reporting. You will lead the on-site team, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other laws, and work to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing property operations, coordinating maintenance, monitoring budgets, and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years’ experience as multi-family property manager for LIHTC property.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Maintain and manage all financial responsibilities.
• Manage and monitor rental collection.
• Manage property personnel.
• Manage, create and monitor marketing activities.
