Cornerstone Residential is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead daily operations at an assigned residential property. You will oversee leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and team management to meet budgeted goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance with housing laws, and driving resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and LIHTC/HUD experience are preferred; compensation includes hourly pay with commissions/bonuses.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor work orders with the maintenance team.
• Maintain financial records: rent rolls, delinquency reports, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Ensure rent collection is timely and posted; manage notices and evictions per policy.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and payroll processing; enforce safety protocols.
• Drive marketing efforts to fill vacancies and improve occupancy.
• Perform additional duties to support property operations.
