Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is a comprehensive property management company seeking a Property Manager to lead resident service, leasing, and day-to-day operations for an assigned property. You will manage a team, oversee finances, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, while driving occupancy and income growth for property owners.

Responsibilities include managing staff, collecting rents, preparing reports, and coordinating maintenance to maintain a high standard of living for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proven ability to market properties and market them effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• HUD/LIHTC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Lead leasing, renewals, and collections activities.
• Prepare and review rent rolls, delinquency reports, and financials.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
• Coordinate maintenance with the team and ensure timely work orders.
