Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Vancouver, WA to lead day-to-day operations, oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations at an assigned property. You will manage finances, coordinate maintenance, and drive occupancy while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and offers a structured schedule, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth within a growing multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• HUD/LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Oversee property maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports (rent rolls, delinquencies).
• Manage rental collections and notices, evictions when needed.
• Lead property staff, conduct training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate marketing activities and leasing efforts.
• Perform other duties to support property operations.
