Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Service Technician in Denver, CO to keep building systems and common areas safe, clean, and functional. You will handle work orders, prepare vacant units for leasing, manage materials, and assist with grounds maintenance while supporting cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, documentation, and occasional travel to other properties. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; bilingual

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process to prep vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to access materials, track inventory, and notify leadership on re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds and amenities by cleaning, painting, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts and using tools efficiently.
