Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities in Denver, Colorado. The role involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with inspections, inventory control, and documenting work.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and materials.
• Tracks inventory and notifies maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and basic upkeep.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when practical.
