Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Denver to perform routine and preventive maintenance, ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings, and support make-ready processes for new residents. The role involves inspecting and repairing building systems, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining common areas on a dynamic residential property in the Denver area.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1/2 or Universal).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license required for property access and golf-cart operation.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing, completes pre-move-out punch lists, and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and performs painting as needed.
