Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units.

Responsibilities include inventory management, contractor coordination, and accurate documentation of service requests. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license; on-site work

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Prepares vacants for leasing via make-ready inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manages materials by tracking inventory, returning unused items, and notifying management about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately so they can be tracked.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, painting curbs, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when possible and using tools properly.
