Job summary

Greystar seeks a Service Technician in the Denver area to ensure buildings meet safety and cleanliness standards. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and manage the make-ready process for vacant units.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting and repairing systems, documenting actions, and supporting grounds maintenance. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required for onsite work.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance on the property.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins via pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, and vendor coordination.
• Tracks inventory, sources materials, and notifies maintenance about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Assists in cost-control by fixing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
