Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of midrise properties meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, maintaining grounds, and documenting tasks.

Applicants must have EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. The role offers an on-site schedule with on-call rotations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in routine maintenance and safety compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Makes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor of re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to track service requests accurately.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and using tools correctly.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
