Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wilmington, DE to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar's standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will diagnose issues, carry out preventative maintenance, manage the make-ready process, track inventory, and document work orders, while complying with safety policies and local codes. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance per safety standards and codes.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks materials, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about re-orders.
• Documents service requests promptly to maintain accurate records.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities and performs cleaning tasks as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible.
