Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready processes for vacant units, inventory management, and assisting with grounds maintenance. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Diagnose the source of defects and perform repairs per safety and code standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors/contractors.
• Maintain inventory, track materials, and document service requests.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and returns unused items to proper locations.
• Completes documentation to ensure requests are tracked.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Fixes parts when possible to control costs and avoid waste.
• Supports safety and risk-management initiatives by attending required trainings.
