Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and preventive tasks across the property, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of facilities. You will handle work orders, make-ready processes, inventory management, and light grounds upkeep.

The role requires OSHA-related training and EPA refrigerant certifications to support on-site operations, with the potential for bonus programs depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property per policy and safety standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Manages materials from the maintenance department, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor on re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; cleans, paints, and performs light upkeep as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using tools correctly.
