Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of the property meet standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support make-ready and preventative maintenance tasks.

Role requires EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license. You will work across indoor and outdoor environments, adhering to safety procedures and documenting work orders for accurate tracking.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1 & II or Universal) is required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property equipment.
• Experience with maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks on residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Access materials from the property’s maintenance dept and track supplies.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assist in groundskeeping and common area upkeep.
• Help control costs by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
