Qualifications

• Minimum four years general experience in building trades and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge handling minor electrical repairs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• May require additional trade experience and certifications.
• Ability to react to emergencies in a timely manner (within 30 minutes).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Power washing of roads, sidewalks, monuments and curbs as needed.
• Maintain maintenance and work-order logs; ensure proper access protocols.
• Routinely inspect mechanical systems and monitor building controls.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and safety duties.
• Complete forms and use KWPMC work order system.
