Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties in Las Vegas. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, handle make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across common areas.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory, and supporting cost-control efforts. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for a variable

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling.
• Access and manage materials from maintenance, track inventory and notify re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts instead of replacements when feasible.
