• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to access materials and tracks inventory; notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting, and general upkeep.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
