Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Las Vegas property to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and function. Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, making-ready vacant units, inventory tracking, documentation, and general grounds upkeep.

EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; on-call evenings, weekends,

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet property standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections, punch list creation, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Tracks inventory and materials, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using tools and materials efficiently.
