You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs while ensuring safety and quality in every task.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and appliances.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and tablet devices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community per standards.
• Complete work orders within the expected timeframe per policy and standards.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes (painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying) and secure doors/windows in vacant homes.
• Maintain community grounds, pool and spa, and common areas to keep them clean, safe, and functional.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA requirements; document activities and inspections.
