HNN Communities in Everett, WA is hiring a Full-Time Groundskeeper to maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will assist the maintenance team, perform landscape duties, and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and guests.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Prior groundskeeping or porter experience is preferred; HS diploma is required, and a background check is performed.

Competenze

• One year porter/groundskeeper experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must speak, read and write English sufficiently.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Mansioni

• Walk the community grounds daily and keep areas clean.
• Maintain exterior walkways, lighting, and common spaces.
• Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding as needed.
• Assist in office/clubhouse cleanliness and upkeep.
• Fix minor maintenance tasks and participate in snow/ice removal when needed.
