Job summary

HNN Communities seeks a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Manager to support maintenance across our Everett, WA area communities. This role requires flexibility to cover multiple properties, complete work orders, and manage make-readies while upholding safety and appearance standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing contractors, maintaining grounds and facilities, and responding to after-hours emergencies. A valid driver's license and 2+ years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to read and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community physical condition and upkeep following safety standards.
• Complete work orders and meet turnaround times.
• Prepare make-ready apartments: painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying.
• Oversee contractors and document work performed.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Ensure safety data sheets and proper SDS documentation.
