Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will handle community maintenance, respond to resident and management requests, perform repairs in buildings and common areas, and help keep exterior spaces neat and safe, following safety practices and OSHA guidelines.

This role supports the Maintenance Supervisor, assists with turnover events, maintains records of work orders, inventories supplies, and contributes to a positive, well-maintained living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for the community.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
