Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to oversee the physical upkeep of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role includes completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and the make-ready process for vacant units.

Essential duties involve inventory management, documenting service activities, and assisting in maintaining property aesthetics. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license required per property access.
• State and local certifications must be current as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per safety and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling.
