Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at a townhome community in Moncks Corner, SC. The role focuses on technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

You will handle resident work orders, perform preventive maintenance, prepare homes for leasing, manage inventory, and assist with general cleaning and painting tasks as needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating on-call.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by inspecting, creating a punch list, scheduling vendors, and ensuring completion.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials from the maintenance department and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and painting as needed.
